Hoe verzamel je een vc-steun? 

  1. Meld u met SSH aan bij de vCSA.

  2. Aangezien deze zich standaard aanmeldt bij de Appliance Shell, voert u de shell.set --enabled True Commando en shell commando om de Bash te lanceren.

  • Start de vc-support -l Opdracht om een vc-supportlogboekbundel te maken.
    Wanneer het verzamelen is voltooid:
    Controleer of de logboekbundel is gemaakt met de naam die wordt weergegeven bij het uitvoeren van de opdracht.
    In dit artikel is /storage/log/vc-vcsaxxxxx.xxxxxxx.local-2019-02-27-02.02-47743.tgz" de naam van de logboekbundel.

  • Meld u aan bij de vCSA met behulp van de SCP en kopieer de gemaakte vc-support-logboekbundel naar uw computer.

    Opmerking: Als u WinSCP als SCP-tool gebruikt, voert u het chsh -s /bin/bash root opdracht om de vCSA-standaardshell te wijzigen in de Bash-shell en de WinSCP te gebruiken (uitgevoerd in stap 2 nadat de Bash is gestart).
    Als u de standaardshell terugstuurt naar de Appliance Shell, voert u de chsh -s /bin/appliancesh root bevelen.

  • Stuur de gekopieerde vc-support-logboekbundel naar Dell Technische Support.
