如何收集 vc-support 

  1. 使用 SSH 登入至 vCSA。

  2. 由於其預設為登入裝置 Shell，因此請執行 shell.set --enabled True 命令與 shell 命令以啟動 Bash。

  • 執行 vc-support -l 命令以建立 VC-Support 記錄套裝。
    收集完成後：
    確認已使用命令執行時顯示的名稱建立記錄套裝。
    在本文中，「/storage/log/vc-vcsaxxxxx.xxx.local-2019-02-27-02.02-47743.tgz」是記錄套裝的名稱。

  • 使用 SCP 登入 vCSA，將建立的 vc-support 記錄套裝複製到您的機器。

    注意：如果您使用 WinSCP 作為 SCP 工具，請執行 chsh -s /bin/bash root 命令，將 vCSA 預設 Shell 變更為 Bash shell 並使用 WinSCP （在 Bash 啟動後於步驟 2 中執行）。
    如果您將預設 Shell 傳回裝置 Shell，請執行 chsh -s /bin/appliancesh root 命令為貴組織設定主要和次要 IT 連絡人。

  • 將複製的 vc-support 記錄套裝傳送給 Dell 技術支援部門。
