Scenario
Although alerts can be cleared using SCLI, the Presentation Server does not update its information.
Symptoms
You see the commands being issued in the SCLI and marked as successful in the events:

There appears to be a connectivity issue between with the MDM:
The Presentation server logs in to the MDM and issues the query, but then gets logged out:
There is TIME OUT during the request:
