Cause

이 문제는 다음과 같은 일련의 이벤트가 발생할 때 발생합니다.
  1. 드라이브 펌웨어 패키지가 업로드되었지만 사용되지 않습니다.
  2. 클러스터가 PowerStoreOS v1에서 PowerStoreOS v2로 업그레이드되었습니다.
  3. PowerStoreOS 업그레이드 전에 업로드된 패키지로 디스크 펌웨어 업그레이드를 시도합니다.

v2로 업그레이드하는 동안 관리 데이터베이스에서 드라이브 패키지 uuuuid가 null로 설정됩니다.
디스크 펌웨어 업그레이드가 시도되면 null 패키지 uuid로 인해 업그레이드가 실패하고 java.lang.NullPointerException 오류가 발생합니다.

Resolution

이전 드라이브 펌웨어 패키지에 대한 참조를 수동으로 삭제하고 업그레이드 상태를 지워야 합니다. 이 작업이 완료되면 드라이브 펌웨어 업그레이드 패키지를 다시 업로드하여 업그레이드를 진행할 수 있습니다.
