Symptoms

DATA_PATH_CACHE_STATE_CHANGE_DEGRADED

Cause

Resolution

Alert ID DATA_PATH_CACHE_STATE_CHANGE_DEGRADED
Alert Text Write cache is degraded. An NVRAM device has been removed or is offline.
Error Code 0x00201201
Impact Cluster performance may be impacted. High availability is degraded.
Resolution  Cause:
One NVRAM device in the pair is removed or failed​​​.

Solution:
Refrain from taking any further actions and contact Technical Support for assistance.
Note:
This alert can be triggered by a drive firmware upgrade. This is considered normal and a benign alert (unless it persists more than 5 minutes after the PowerStore drive firmware upgrade completes).
