The backup workflow creates a virtual machine snapshot at the start of the workflow and deletes the virtual machine snapshot at the end of the workflow.
vProxy backup reports a failure to remove the snapshot file.
The operation cannot be allowed at the current time because the virtual machine has a question pending: 'msg.hbacommon.outofspace: There is no more space for virtual disk 'xxxxxx-000001.vmdk'. You might be able to continue this session by freeing disk space on the relevant volume, and clicking Retry. Click Cancel to terminate this session."

Cause

The Datastore in VMware has no space left to remove the snapshot .vmdk.

Resolution

This is a space issue on the Datastore in VMware. Clear space and attempt to remove the snapshot or consolidate the Virtual Machine (VM). VMware KB can be reviewed. https://kb.vmware.com/s/article/50114302 This hyperlink is taking you to a website outside of Dell Technologies.
