근본 원인

이 문제는 이전 버전을 설치하기 전에 이전 플러그인 버전을 완전히 제거하지 않아 발생합니다. 고객이 avtar.exe(Hot-fix HF325722)가 포함된 Avamar 19.2를 설치했으며 나중에 19.1로 다운그레이드했습니다. 19.2 핫픽스 바이너리가 제거되지 않았으므로 VSS 플러그인만 등록되었습니다.

Resolution

해결 단계

  1. 기존 Avamar 플러그인을 완전히 제거합니다.
  2. Control Panel을 열고 EMC Avamar for Windows를 선택한 다음 Uninstall을 클릭합니다.
