Symptoms

Avamar 관리자의 백업 및 복원 탭에서 Filesystem 플러그인이 누락되어 VSS만 볼 수 있습니다. "C:\Program Files\avs\var\avagent.log를 검토하면 플러그인(avtar)으로 보이는 경고 메시지가 표시되고 에이전트는 버전이 다르며 등록 중인 VSS 플러그인만 표시됩니다.

Cause

참고: 이전 플러그인의 제거가 잘못 수행된 경우 모든 버전에서 이 작업이 발생할 수 있습니다.
이 경우 고객은 이전에 HF325722(avtar.exe)를 사용하여 19.2를 설치했으며 다시 19.1로 다운그레이드하기로 결정했습니다.
19.1 플러그인이 재설치된 경우 Avamar에 VSS 플러그인만 표시되었기 때문에 핫픽스 바이너리가 제거되지 않았습니다.

Resolution


1. 기존 플러그인에서 업그레이드 또는 다운그레이드를 결정하기 전에 완전히 제거해야 합니다.
2. 제어판으로 이동하여 애플리케이션(Windows용 EMC Avamar)을 선택하고 제거를 클릭합니다.

제거를 클릭합니다.

3. 플러그인이 제거되면 새 플러그인을 설치할 수 있습니다.
