Symptoms
- 客户在用于 Unisphere 管理的 LDAP 服务器端口 3268 上配置的林级 LDAP 身份验证。客户遵循安全配置指南在 高级 窗口的 用户 ID 属性 字段中指定 userPrincipalName 。

Cause
配置林级 LDAP 身份验证时，应以 @这恰恰是客户在 LDAP 服务器中为用户配置的 userPincipalName。
Resolution
- 如果 Windows 域控制器是 LDAP 服务器，则可以通过 Active Directory 用户和计算机从用户属性重试 userPrincipalName。请注意，需要启用“查看”选项卡中的“高级功能”以显示用户的属性编辑器。
