Windows 11 Enterprise and Windows 11 Education Operating System Requirements
Starting with version 22H2 Windows Defender Credential Guard is turned on by default. This is for Windows 11 Enterprise and Windows 11 Education edition computers that meet the following requirements:

| Processor | Intel 11th Generation Core Processor and newer (8th generation or later starting with Windows 11; version 22H2) |
| AMD Zen2 architecture and newer | |
| Qualcomm Snapdragon 8180 and newer | |
| Random Access Memory (RAM) | 8 GB (Minimum) |
| Storage | 64 GB Solid State Drive (SSD) (Minimum) |
| Drivers | HVCI compatible drivers must be installed. See Hypervisor-Protected Code Integrity (HVCI) |
| BIOS | Virtualization must be enabled |
