Tämä on ohjelmisto-ongelma.

1) Kirjaudu Avamar Utility Node -käyttöjärjestelmään pääkäyttäjänä.

2) Muuta asetusten.dtd käyttöoikeuksia 

chmod 444 /usr/local/avamar/var/mc/server_data/prefs/preferences.dtd 

3) Käynnistä tomcat-palvelu uudelleen 

tomcatctl stop
tomcatctl start
