Avamar-serveren ble oppgradert fra 19.4 til 19.7.
PDM mislykkes med følgende melding: 
Feil under henting av oppgaver. Failed with HTTP error code:404 additional information" HTTP Status 404 – Not Found. (Feil med HTTP-feilkode:404 tilleggsinformasjon" HTTP Status 404 – finner ikke.

Dette er et programvareproblem.

1) Logg på Avamar Utility Node-operativsystemet som rotbruker.

2) Endre tillatelse for preferences.dtd 

chmod 444 /usr/local/avamar/var/mc/server_data/prefs/preferences.dtd 

3) Start tomcat-tjenesten på nytt 

tomcatctl stop
tomcatctl start
