Symptoms

在 DPA 資料存放區上，使用下列命令執行資料存放區匯入時：

Linux：  /emc/dpa/services/bin> ./dpa.sh ds 匯入配置和匯入檔案的名稱> --偵錯
Windows：\emc\dpa\services\bin> dpa ds import location and name of import file> --debug
並非必填 --debug 參數，但會在畫面上顯示匯入進度的詳細資料。
觀察到以下錯誤： 
[DEBUG] pg_restore: processing data for table "dpa.bkup_ddclone"
[DEBUG] pg_restore: processing data for table "dpa.backupevent"
[DEBUG] pg_restore: processing data for table "dpa.backup_media"
[DEBUG] pg_restore: processing data for table "dpa.backupjob"
[DEBUG] pg_restore: error: error returned by PQputCopyData: SSL SYSCALL error: EOF detected
[DEBUG] pg_restore: error: a worker process died unexpectedly
Completed in : 1min 52secs

Cause

此錯誤是由 DPA 資料存放區伺服器上的記憶體資源不足所造成。

Resolution

確認已設定最小記憶體需求，此需求已在 DPA 管理指南中概述。
也需要針對伺服器上的記憶體資源調整 DPA。

例如，如果 32GB 的記憶體分配給伺服器，DPA 應調整如下：
Linux：  /emc/dpa/services/bin> ./dpa.sh ds 調校 32 GB
窗戶：\emc\dpa\services\bin> dpa ds 32GB

需要重新開機 DPA 服務，才能進行調整以影響：
Linux：  /emc/dpa/services/bin> ./dpa.sh ds 重新開機
Windows：\emc\dpa\services\bin> dpa ds restart
