Symptoms

NMC(NetWorker Management Console) 로그인이 실패하고 다음 오류가 표시됩니다.  "예기치 않은 오류가 발생했습니다. 로그 확인"

Cause

NetWorker NMC GST(nmcdb) 내부 부패.

Resolution

옵션 1:

다음으로 mminfo 의 백업을 확인하는 명령 nmcdb_stage 디렉터리:

mminfo -avot -q name="\path\to\your\nmcdb_stage\pgdata"

  1. NMC 서비스를 중지합니다. systemctl stop gst
  2. 이름 바꾸기 nmcdb 디렉터리: mv /nsr/nmc/nmcdb /nsr/nmc/nmcdb_$(date -I)
  3. NMC 구성 스크립트를 다시 실행합니다. /opt/lgtonmc/bin/nmc_config
  4. NMC 서비스를 시작합니다. systemctl start gst
