Symptoms
- Windows NetWorker 管理主控台 （NMC） 伺服器。
- NRE （NetWorker Runtime Environment） 登入失敗，並出現彈出式錯誤： 「發生未預期的錯誤。檢查記錄」
Cause
NetWorker NMC GST （nmcdb） 內部損毀。
Resolution
選項一：
使用recoverpsm 命令還原 nmcdb：HTTPs://www.dell.com/support/kbdoc/000019968
只有在 nmcdb 備份完成時，才可能使用此選項：
選項二：
使用全新的 nmcdb 重新安裝 NMC 套裝。使用新的 nmcdb 將需要重新設定先前針對本機或外部 （AD/LDAP） 帳戶定義的任何「NMC 角色」。任何先前設定的 NetWorker 使用者帳戶或外部機關都會保留在 NetWorker authc 伺服器中。使用全新的 nmcdb 也會重設 NMC「Reports」資料。1.停止任何 NetWorker 備份 （如果正在執行）。
注意：如果 NMC 伺服器安裝在與 NetWorker 伺服器不同的主機上，則不需要停止備份。
2.停止 NetWorker 服務。
net stop nsrexecd /y
a.從 Windows「程式與功能」卸載完整的 NetWorker 套件。這不會刪除任何 NetWorker 資料庫或組態檔案。
B。使用 Windows wmic 和 sc 命令卸載 NMC，僅卸載 NMC 套裝：HTTPs://www.dell.com/support/kbdoc/000203840
4.重新命名 NMC 安裝資料夾;預設路徑 C：\Program Files\EMC NetWorker\Management。
