Symptoms
- Windows NetWorker Management Console （NMC） 服务器。
- NRE（NetWorker 运行时环境）登录失败，并出现弹出错误： “发生意外错误。检查日志”
Cause
NetWorker NMC GST （nmcdb） 内部损坏。
Resolution
选项一：
使用 recoverpsm 命令恢复 nmcdb： https://www.dell.com/support/kbdoc/000019968
仅当 nmcdb 备份完成时，才可使用此选项：
选项二：
使用全新 nmcdb 重新安装 NMC 软件包。使用新的 nmcdb 将需要重新配置以前为本地或外部 （AD/LDAP） 帐户定义的任何“NMC 角色”。先前配置的任何 NetWorker 用户帐户或外部机构都将保留在 NetWorker authc 服务器中。使用全新 nmcdb 还会重置 NMC“报告”数据。1.停止任何 NetWorker 备份（如果正在运行）。
提醒：如果 NMC 服务器安装在与 NetWorker 服务器不同的主机上，则无需停止备份。
2.停止 NetWorker 服务。
net stop nsrexecd /y
a.从 Windows“程序和功能”中卸载完整的 NetWorker 软件包。这不会删除任何 NetWorker 数据库或配置文件。

4.重命名 NMC 安装文件夹;默认路径 C：\Program Files\EMC NetWorker\Management。
