오류 코드 CONN0097 - 관리 네트워크 게이트웨이 <IP 주소> 에 액세스할 수 없습니다.

Cause

DM5500 어플라이언스를 배포하는 동안 검증 단계에서 진행하는 네트워킹 구성 컴파일 후 오류 메시지 코드 CONN0097 이 나타나면 제공된 IP에 연결할 수 없음을 의미합니다.

Resolution

로그에 따르면 두 가지 모두에서 구성이 실패했습니다. VLAN ID 0 네트워크 게이트웨이에 연결할 수 없기 때문입니다.

어플라이언스가 액세스 모드 또는 트렁크 모드의 스위치와 연결된 경우 포트를 올바른 VLAN으로 구성하거나 올바른 네트워크에 연결해야 합니다.

동일한 스위치 포트에서 다른 장비를 사용하여 이 네트워크 게이트웨이에 연결할 수 있는지 확인합니다. 다음 단계 중 하나 이상을 시도합니다.
