Symptoms

När en ny policy skapades kunde vi inte skapa lagringsenheten.

I det grafiska användargränssnittet: 
CFG0001: xxx: Unable to configure the protection policy because of the following error: Failed to connect to PowerProtect DD System. errorNum: 5007 errorMessage: operation is not implemented

Vi har redan bekräftat att det inte finns något nätverksproblem, inget certifikatproblem. Vi använder redan sysadmin för att lägga till DD (identifieringen fungerar bra)


Cause

DD NFS-tjänsten är inaktiverad.

Resolution

I DD GUI klickar du på "AKTIVERA" för att aktivera NFSv3
