Symptoms
Dolby Access does not fully function after installing the operating system using Microsoft Media or Dell OS Recovery.

Affected Platforms
- Inspiron 14 Plus 7420

Cause
After installing the operating system using Microsoft Media or Dell OS Recovery, an additional installation of Dolby Access OEM is required.
Resolution
Download and install the Dolby Access OEM App through Microsoft deep link
to restore the Atmos functions.
