Cause
The error seen is expected when ESXi hosts are present in the vCenter’s inventory. Unity Engineering added an enhancement to the OE 5.3 software code. This enhancement prevents removing vCenter when there are ESXi hosts still reporting in the inventory. This enhancement is to prevent data unavailability from occurring when attempting to remove vCenter from Unisphere.

Resolution
Error code 0x5c0010b is expected when ESXi hosts are still reporting in the vCenter's inventory.
The ESXi hosts must be removed from the vCenter's inventory before deleting vCenter from Unisphere.
Recommendation:
ESXi host or hosts must be failed over to another vCenter's inventory. Engage VMware support for assistance for any host side changes.
