Symptoms

API 逾時錯誤

呼叫主要儲存裝置佈建 API rest/vxm/v1/system/primary-storage 可能會導致 504 閘道逾時 錯誤。

Cause

延長的 VM 遷移持續時間

叫用主要儲存佈建 API 時，VxRail Manager 和內部 vCenter 等虛擬機器會遷移到外部儲存裝置。

網路限制

在有限的網路環境中，遷移任務可能需要比平時更長的時間，從而導致 API 請求超過其超時視窗。

  • VxRail 8.0.210 之前的預設逾時：10 分鐘
  • 從 VxRail 8.0.210 開始逾時增加：60 分鐘

Resolution

解決方案步驟

  1. 觸發主存儲預配 API 後，將啟動虛擬機重定位任務。在 vCenter UI 中監控工作進度。

Additional Information

在 VxRail 8.0.210 之前，主要儲存空間佈建 API 逾時值為 10 分鐘。
從 VxRail 8.0.210 開始，主要儲存空間佈建 API 逾時值提高為 60 分鐘，以緩解可能的逾時問題。
