:

  • Varias tareas en la generación de informes de SDDC Manager Fetching subtask info
  • Las tareas se muestran pendientes o en curso con un 0 %
  • Un reinicio de servicio o de SDDC Manager no borra estas tareas.
  • Las tareas no se pueden eliminar mediante el artículo de Broadcom Cómo eliminar un flujo de trabajo fallido en VMware Cloud Foundation (enlace externo), ya que muestra el error error code:"TA_TASK_NOT_FOUND"

  • Se encontró el ID de tareas en las listas de tareas:

Cause

Se muestran tareas obsoletas debido a un error de flujo de trabajo de respaldo y también puede haber problemas con otros flujos de trabajo.

Realice un seguimiento de la lista de tareas y los registros de errores para determinar cuáles han fallado.

Resolution

Para resolver este problema, corrija el error de configuración del respaldo en SDDC Manager. El estado de la tarea obsoleta pasa a ser "Fallido" una vez que el respaldo se realiza correctamente.

Aquí no se requieren pasos adicionales para borrar las tareas.
