Symptoms

問題：

  • SDDC Manager 報告中的多個工作 Fetching subtask info
  • 工作顯示為「待處理」或「進行中」，且為 0%
  • 服務重新啟動或 SDDC Manager 重新開機不會清除這些工作。
  • 無法使用 Broadcom 文章如何移除 VMware Cloud Foundation 中失敗的工作流程 （外部連結） 刪除工作，因為這會顯示錯誤 error code:"TA_TASK_NOT_FOUND"

Cause

由於備份工作流程錯誤，會顯示過時的工作，其他工作流程也可能有問題。

跟蹤任務清單和錯誤日誌，以確定哪些失敗。

Resolution

若要解決此問題，請修正 SDDC Manager 中的備份組態錯誤。備份成功後，過時任務狀態會變為「失敗」。

這裡不需要執行其他步驟即可清除工作。
