Symptoms

CDRAログに、次のエラーが表示されます。 
[c.e.c.c.a.s.i.s.s.i.StorageManagerServiceImpl.obtainCloudBlobContainer(682)] -  Server failed to authenticate the request. Make sure the value of Authorization header is formed correctly including the signature.

Cause

これは、CDRAの時刻が正しい時刻と同期されていないためです。

Resolution

回避策1:
CDRA/POWERPROTECT DATA MANAGERオペレーティング システムの時刻を手動で確認します。  
sudo timedatectl
時刻が正しくない場合。 
sudo timedatectl set-time "2023-12-12 08:30:00"  (replace to current time)
回避策2:
NTPが同期されているかどうかを確認します。 
sudo timedatectl     
 Local time: Sun 2023-12-17 20:24:23 EST
  Universal time: Mon 2023-12-18 01:24:23 UTC
        RTC time: Mon 2023-12-18 01:24:31
       Time zone: America/New_York (EST, -0500)
     NTP enabled: yes
NTP synchronized: no
 RTC in local TZ: no
[NTP synchronized]に 「no」と表示されている場合は、次のコマンドを実行します。 
sudo  timedatectl set-ntp true
上記のコマンドを実行してもステータスが「no」と表示されている場合は、NTPサーバーが使用可能かどうかを確認します。
