Symptoms

CDRA 로그에 다음 오류가 표시됩니다. 
[c.e.c.c.a.s.i.s.s.i.StorageManagerServiceImpl.obtainCloudBlobContainer(682)] -  Server failed to authenticate the request. Make sure the value of Authorization header is formed correctly including the signature.

Cause

이는 CDRA 시간이 올바른 시간과 동기화되지 않았기 때문입니다.

Resolution

해결 방법 1:
CDRA/POWERPROTECT DATA MANAGER 운영 체제 시간을 수동으로 확인합니다.  
sudo timedatectl
시간이 정확하지 않은 경우. 
sudo timedatectl set-time "2023-12-12 08:30:00"  (replace to current time)
해결 방법 2:
NTP가 동기화되었는지 확인합니다. 
sudo timedatectl     
 Local time: Sun 2023-12-17 20:24:23 EST
  Universal time: Mon 2023-12-18 01:24:23 UTC
        RTC time: Mon 2023-12-18 01:24:31
       Time zone: America/New_York (EST, -0500)
     NTP enabled: yes
NTP synchronized: no
 RTC in local TZ: no
NTP synchronized에 no가 표시되면 다음 명령을 실행합니다. 
sudo  timedatectl set-ntp true
위의 명령을 실행했는데 상태가 'no'로 표시되면 NTP 서버를 사용할 수 있는지 확인합니다.
