Symptoms

VxRail Shutdown mislykkes ved validering med feilmelding: 
ERROR: Internal error occurs.

Verify and ensure that the current cluster has no Tanzu service.

Cause

Dette problemet kan oppstå på grunn av:

  • Årsak 1: Informasjonen i vmware-eam Tjenesten er nede. 
  • Årsak 2: Sertifikatbehandlingsverktøyet kan ikke oppdatere ESXi Agent Manager-sertifikatet (EAM) automatisk når løsningsbrukersertifikater oppdateres. Workload Control Plane (WCP) krever at EAM fungerer for å starte.

Resolution

For årsak 1, start på nytt vmware-eam Tjeneste:

#service-control --start vmware-eam
Hvis tjenesten ikke starter, må du kontrollere at oppstartstypen er automatisk. Du kan endre dette i vCenter Server Appliance Management Interface-grensesnittet (VAMI).
