Symptoms

In PowerProtect Data Manager 19.15.0-17, indexing jobs may fail with one of the following SYS0207 errors: 
SYS0207:Search indexing job failed. Indexing will be retried after 24 hrs. Error - Unknown vrm-file-extractor return code:, if the issue persists, contact Dell customer support
Error - Unknown vrm-file-extractor return code 
SYS0207:Search indexing job failed. Indexing will be retried after 24 hrs. Error - The mountpoint /var/log/dellemc/search/tmp<value>/mnt/partitions is not open or readable. If the issue persists, contact Dell customer support
