EO Image Loader has failed. Please check the issue and fix the same. Error code: 0x016030005

Cause

In this case, harbor.cluster.local is our repository host (which is a valid host in this example), however our actual repository/project "example" does not exist. (In this example we are attempting to replicate what happens if a user mistypes the repository/project or forgets to create the repository/project prior to deployment.)

Resolution

Create the project prior to attempting to deploy NativeEdge Orchestrator.
