Dell VxRail: Is it possible to move components (such as Memory and Disks) between VxRail nodes

Moving components from one cluster to another is not supported. These items are tracked as part of the nodes that they were originally ordered with at Dell backend systems.
This is not a standard procedure so there is no general procedure documented in Solve.
You have to submit an RPQ in order to track this move.
Contact the Dell Customer Support Center or your service representative for assistance and quote this solution ID. The engineering team assigned to your RPQ provides a procedure and guidance on making the transfer.
