Příznaky problému jsou následující: 

  • Selhání zálohování databáze serveru SQL Server NetWorker Module for Microsoft (NMM).   
  • Nahlášená chyba je "nsrsqlsv: SSL provider: The certificate chain was issued by an authority that is not trusted."    
  • Protokol systémových událostí na serveru SQL Server obsahuje jednu nebo více následujících chyb:

Description:
A fatal alert was generated and sent to the remote endpoint. 
This may result in termination of the connection. 
The TLS protocol defined fatal error code is 48. The Windows SChannel error state is 552.

Cause

Hlavní příčinou tohoto problému je funkce vynucení šifrování protokolu, která je povolena v konfiguraci nativního klienta SQLv části SQL Server Configuration Manager.


Nastavení "Force Protocol Encryption" na SQL Server vynutí použití šifrování SSL.
Šifrování SSL vyžaduje, aby byl na tomto počítači k dispozici výměnný certifikát vydaný důvěryhodnou certifikační autoritou (CA). 
Bez tohoto certifikátu se připojení nezdaří.

Resolution

Problém vyřešíte pomocí níže uvedeného postupu:

  1. Otevřete nástroj SQL Server Configuration Manager.
  2. Pravým tlačítkem klikněte na položku SQL Native Client 11.0 Configuration a vyberte možnost Properties.
  3. Nastavte hodnotu Vynutit šifrování protokolu na Ne a vyberte OK.
  4. Stejný postup proveďte pro konfiguraci konfigurace nativního klienta SQL 11.0 (32bitového)
  5. Restartujte SQL Server
  6. Jakmile je SQL Server v provozu, zkontrolujte, zda je problém vyřešen.
