Cause

Bu sorunun temel nedeni, SQL Server Configuration Manager altındaki SQL Yerel İstemci yapılandırmasında etkinleştirilen "Protokol şifrelemesini zorla" özelliğinden kaynaklanmaktadır.


SQL Server'daki "Force Protocol Encryption" ayarı, SSL şifrelemesinin kullanımını zorunlu kılar.

Bu sertifika olmazsa bağlantı başarısız olur.

Resolution

Sorunu çözmek için aşağıdaki adımları izleyin:

  1. SQL Server Configuration Manager'ı açın
  2. SQL Native Client 11.0 Configuration öğesine sağ tıklayın ve properties öğesini seçin.
  3. Force Protocol Encryption değerini Hayır olarak ayarlayın ve Tamam öğesini seçin.
  4. SQL Yerel İstemcisi 11.0 Yapılandırması (32 bit) yapılandırması için aynı adımları uygulayın
  5. SQL Server'ı yeniden başlatın
