Cause

Основна причина цієї проблеми пов'язана з функцією «Примусове шифрування протоколу», яка ввімкнена в конфігурації SQL Native Client у розділі SQL Server Configuration Manager.


Параметр "Примусове шифрування протоколу" на SQL Server змушує використовувати шифрування SSL.
Для шифрування SSL на цьому апараті потрібен сертифікат обміну, виданий довіреним центром сертифікації (CA). 
Без цього сертифіката з'єднання не вдається.

Resolution

Щоб вирішити проблему, виконайте наведені нижче дії.

  1. Відкрийте диспетчер конфігурації SQL Server
  2. Клацніть правою кнопкою миші SQL Native Client 11.0 Configuration і виберіть властивості.
  3. Установіть для параметра Force Protocol Encryption значення Ні та виберіть OK.
  4. Виконайте ті самі кроки для конфігурації SQL Native Client 11.0 Configuration (32 bit)
  5. Перезавантажте SQL-сервер
  6. Коли SQL-сервер буде запущено та запущено, перевірте, чи вирішено проблему.
