Cause

A firmware update to the internal smart card reader is the cause of this issue (firmware version 6.0.41.0 works and 6.0.55.0 causes the enumeration issues).

Resolution

  1. Go to Drivers & Downloads
  2. Change Operating system to ThinOS PCOIP
  3. Download and install the ThinOS Smartcard Firmware 24.06.2 for Latitude 5450 update.
