Symptoms

Cause

El instalador de Dell Core Services no puede cerrar Dell.Core.Services.Client.exe y algunos otros procesos necesarios antes de realizar la instalación/actualización.

Resolution

Solución alternativa

Una solución alternativa para este problema:

  1. Durante la actualización, cuando aparece el error.
  2. Haga clic en OK y la instalación se completará correctamente.
  3. Si el usuario hace clic en Cancelar y la instalación se interrumpe. Vuelva a ejecutar el archivo DUP/IM y seleccione la opción "Add Packages" en la página de mantenimiento de IM.
