Symptoms

Во время установки Alienware Command Center версии 6.3 появляется сообщение об ошибке Package DCS.Пакет Alienware Command Center: ошибка DCS

Cause

Установщик Dell Core Services не может закрыть Dell.Core.Services.Client.exe и некоторые другие необходимые процессы перед выполнением установки/обновления.

Resolution

Временное решение

Временное решение этой проблемы:

  1. Во время обновления, при появлении сообщения об ошибке.
  2. Нажмите OK, чтобы установка успешно завершилась.
  3. Если пользователь нажимает кнопку Отмена , установка прерывается. Повторно запустите файл DUP/IM и выберите опцию «Добавить пакеты» на странице обслуживания IM.

Alienware Command Center версии 6.4

Исправление этой проблемы будет внедрено в Alienware Command Center версии 6.4 (ожидается дата выпуска — 24 сентября 2024 г.).
