Symptoms

Under installationen av Alienware Command Center version 6.3 visas ett "Package DCS Error".DCS-fel på Alienware Command Center-paket

Cause

Installationsprogrammet för Dell Core Services kan inte stänga Dell.Core.Services.Client.exe och några andra obligatoriska processer innan installationen/uppgraderingen utförs.

Resolution

Alternativ lösning

En lösning på det här problemet:

  1. När felet visas under uppgraderingen.
  2. Klicka på OK så slutförs installationen.
  3. Om användaren klickar på Avbryt och installationen avbryts. Kör DUP/IM-filen igen och välj alternativet "Add Packages" på underhållssidan för snabbmeddelanden.

Alienware Command Center version 6.4
