Symptoms

Během instalace softwaru Alienware Command Center verze 6.3 se zobrazí chyba balíčku DCS.Chyba DCS balíčku Alienware Command Center Package

Cause

Instalační program základních služeb Dell nedokáže před instalací/upgradem zavřít Dell.Core.Services.Client.exe a několik dalších požadovaných procesů.

Resolution

Zástupné řešení

Zástupné řešení tohoto problému:

  1. Jakmile se během upgradu zobrazí chyba.
  2. Klikněte na tlačítko OK a instalace bude úspěšně dokončena.
  3. Pokud uživatel klikne na tlačítko Cancel a instalace se přeruší. Znovu spusťte soubor DUP/IM a na stránce údržby IM vyberte možnost "Add Packages".

Alienware Command Center verze 6.4

Oprava tohoto problému bude implementována do aplikace Alienware Command Center verze 6.4 (datum vydání je plánováno na 24. září 2024).
