VxRail: Upgrade Failure at Precheck Stage with RecoverPoint for Virtual Machines 5.3.4.1 Compatibility Issue

VxRail upgrade precheck fails when upgrading to an 8.0 version from a 7.0 version with RecoverPoint for Virtual Machines 5.3.4.1 Compatibility issue.

Exact Error message in the user interface reads: Failed to upload the bundle. Failure occurred in running the checker. Prechecking the version compatibility among components. Version of component RecoverPoint for Virtual Machines 5.3.4.1 is not supported for the target system 8.0.xxx. Use the latest bundle version or wait a few minutes.

RecoverPoint for Virtual Machines 5.x versions are only supported for vSphere 8.0.U2 (Refer to the Dell VxRail Simple Support Matrix for a VxRail release that can be used). LCM precheck was configured to block upgrades to unsupported 8.x versions when RecoverPoint for Virtual Machines 5.x is present.
