Symptoms
vCenter 服务器上 vSphere Client 中的“refresh”按钮不断旋转。
Cause
此问题是由于已加入 VMware 客户体验改善计划 （CEIP），但所有 VMware 站点/互联网访问都被阻止而导致的。
Resolution
要解决此问题，请离开 CEIP，然后重新启动 vCenter Server 以清除此问题。
- 使用管理员帐户的凭据登录到 vCenter Server。
- 在vSphere Client主页上，单击Administration。
- 在“部署”下，单击“客户体验改善计划”
- 单击加入以加入 CEIP，或单击离开 CEIP 以退出计划。
- 重新启动 vCenter Server
