Symptoms

指示此問題的典型事件和警示包括：

  • 主機內核記錄顯示 Xid 74 和/或 79 來自 NVIDIA 驅動程式。在 Linux 上， Xid 錯誤訊息在 /var/log/messages。
使用命令 grep “NVRM： Xid」以找出全部 Xid 消息。Xid 範例 字串：

Cause

Xid 和匯流排嚴重錯誤訊息通常與 PCIe 有關 Retimer-相關錯誤。這些錯誤可能是因為 PCIe 架構中的訊號完整性問題所導致。

Resolution

Dell 已發佈更新的 GPU 加速器韌體。此更新包含 PCIe 的增強功能。 Retimers，這提高了信號完整性，並有助於防止 GPU 從總線上掉下來。首先，如果發生匯流排嚴重錯誤，建議您更新至下列韌體或更新版本。

重要：
伺服器必須開啟電源，才能套用韌體更新。
