Quando si esegue un backup del file system, l'operazione ha esito negativo con il seguente errore:

Cause

Ciò è dovuto al fatto che il file fsab.rec che si trova in DataDomain è vuoto.

 

Resolution

In Data Domain, il file si trova in questo percorso:

/Storage_unit/PLCTLP-XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX/hostname.domain.com/

In questo caso, fsab.rec verrà visualizzato come 0kb. Rinominarlo e riavviare il backup.
