Symptoms

Ao executar um backup do file system, ele falha com o seguinte erro:

Cause

Isso ocorre porque o arquivo fsab.rec localizado no DataDomain está vazio.

 

Resolution

No Data Domain, o arquivo estará localizado neste caminho:

/Storage_unit/PLCTLP-XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX/hostname.domain.com/

Aqui, o fsab.rec será exibido como 0kb. Renomeie-o e reinicie o backup.
