SDPM skal initialiseres igen efter udskiftning af VOSS- eller NVRAM-modulet.

Gælder for:

  • DD9910, DD9410 og DD6410 efter udskiftning af NVRAM-modul (VOSS)
    • PowerProtect Data Domain-systemer, der bruger SDPM på et VOSS-modul
  • Alle understøttede softwareversioner (DDOS)

Påkrævede handlinger:

Geninitialiser SDPM efter udskiftning af VOSS-modulet:

  1. Få adgang til systemets BIOS: System-BIOS>Hukommelsesindstillinger>Permanent hukommelse
  2. Indstil Rens alle NVDIMM er til Aktiveret
Indstil Sanitize til Aktiveret
  1. Indstil SDPM-hukommelsesstørrelse til 32 GB
Indstil hukommelsesstørrelsen til 32 GB
  1. Bekræft SDPM-rensning, og genstart.
Bekræft sanitet
  1. Lad systemet genstarte til DDOS, og kontroller derefter SDPM ved at kontrollere for NVRAM-fejladvarsler og sikre, at filsystemet er aktiveret.

-- There should be no outstanding alert relating to the NVRAM subsystem.
Caution: It may take one to two minutes for the system to clear the NVRAM failure alert.

Note: The battery must be at least 80% charged for the file system to start.
