SDPM må initialiseres på nytt etter utskifting av VOSS- eller NVRAM-modulen.

Gjelder:

  • DD9910, DD9410 og DD6410 etter utskifting av NVRAM-modul (VOSS)
    • PowerProtect Data Domain-systemer som bruker SDPM på en VOSS-modul
  • Alle støttede versjoner av programvare (DDOS)

Nødvendige handlinger:

Initialiser SDPM på nytt etter at du har byttet ut VOSS-modulen:

  1. Få tilgang til system-BIOS: System BIOS>Minneinnstillinger>Fast minne
  2. Sett Slett alle NVDIMM-er til aktivert
Sett Sanitize til Enabled
  1. Sett SDPM-minnestørrelse til 32 GB
Angi minnestørrelse til 32 GB
  1. Bekreft SDPM-sanering og start på nytt.
Bekreft sanitet
  1. La systemet starte på nytt til DDOS, og kontroller deretter SDPM ved å se etter NVRAM-feilvarsler og kontrollere at filsystemet er aktivert.

-- There should be no outstanding alert relating to the NVRAM subsystem.
Caution: It may take one to two minutes for the system to clear the NVRAM failure alert.

Note: The battery must be at least 80% charged for the file system to start.
