Symptoms

사용자가 NativeEdge Orchestrator를 v3.0에서 v3.1로 업그레이드할 때 0x01902004 오류가 발생할 수 있습니다. 사용자는 업그레이드 스크립트 출력에서 다음과 같은 실패 메시지를 찾을 수 있습니다. 

OK. Connection can be established!
Splitting upgrade bundle into chunks: /home/user/baobab/.resources/upload/eoBundle_v3.1.0.0.tar.gz Starting to upload the upgrade bundle: /home/user/baobab/.resources/upload/eoBundle_v3.1.0.0.tar.gz

업그레이드 서비스에서 준비도 프로브 실패를 수시로 보고하여 업그레이드 서비스가 준비되지 않은 것으로 표시되고 트래픽을 허용하지 않았습니다. 그 결과 청크 업로드 중에 오류가 발생합니다. 

Cause

NativeEdge Orchestrator 업그레이드 서비스는 NATS를 모니터링하여 NATS가 제대로 작동할 수 있는지 확인합니다. v3.1 업그레이드 전에 서비스는 페이로드가 상대적으로 큰 NATS의 /varz 엔드포인트를 사용합니다. 이 호출에 예상보다 많은 시간이 걸리면 업그레이드 서비스가 준비되지 않은 것으로 표시되어 문제가 발생합니다. 

참고

  • 이 문제는 v3.0.0.0에서 v3.1.0.0으로 업그레이드할 때만 발생합니다. 
  • v3.1.0.0에서 향후 릴리스로 업그레이드해도 이 문제가 발생하지 않습니다. 

Resolution

NativeEdge Orchestrator 가상 머신을 재부팅합니다. 테스트에서 관찰된 바에 따르면 가상 머신을 재부팅하면 대부분의 경우 문제가 해결됩니다.

가상 머신을 재부팅해도 문제가 해결되지 않는 경우 Dell 지원 부서에 추가 지침을 문의하십시오.
