Symptoms
In NativeEdge Orchestrator v3.0.0.0, if users try to download blueprints below using "Download from Catalog" button, the download does not start and the wizard flashes without any further action.
- EPIC iO DeepInsights AI for vSphere
- EPIC iO DeepInsights AI for NativeEdge Endpoint
- EPIC iO DeepInsights VMS for NativeEdge Endpoint
- EPIC iO DeepInsights VMS for vSphere
Cause
The EPIC iO DeepInsights blueprints have reached the end of life. This blueprint is no longer supported by NativeEdge solutions.
The EPIC iO DeepInsights blueprints are also retired from the Dell support site, NativeEdge Drivers and Download page.
Resolution
There is no action needed.
All EPIC iO DeepInsights blueprints have been removed from the NativeEdge solutions and Dell repositories.
EPIC iO DeepInsights blueprints which are running on NativeEdge Orchestrator v3.0.0.0 will keep functioning.
