Symptoms
Na stránce nasazení VxRail se úloha nasazení zasekne a zobrazí se následující zpráva:
Initial configuration vCenter
Na stránce VAMI se zobrazí:
Unable to get deployment status
Cause
Nástroj vCenter se nemůže připojit k serveru DNS.
Protokol firstboot systému vCenter ukazuje:
cat /var/log/firstboot/failed. Failed to configure network
Resolution
Ujistěte se, že nástroj vCenter může odeslat příkaz ping na server DNS.
Provoz ICMP mezi nástrojem vCenter a DNS je někdy blokován. Nástroj vCenter provede během nasazení předběžnou kontrolu.
