Symptoms
VxRailの導入ページで、導入ジョブがスタックし、次のメッセージが表示されます。
Initial configuration vCenter
VAMIページには、次の情報が表示されます。
Unable to get deployment status
Cause
vCenterがDNSサーバーにアクセスできません。
vCenterのfirstbootログには、次のように表示されます。
cat /var/log/firstboot/failed. Failed to configure network
Resolution
vCenterがDNSサーバーにpingできることを確認します。
ICMPトラフィックは、vCenterとDNSの間でブロックされることがあります。vCenterは導入時に事前チェックを行います。
