Symptoms

Instalace agenta se nezdaří a zobrazí se následující chyba:

ACGHV0003: Unable to complete the host configuration because of an issue with the INSTALL_AGENT operation.

Skript /var/log/brs/ghvdm/ghvdm.log Ukazuje:

[c.d.p.g.s.HostConfigurationRestService.lambda$configure$1(113)] -  Exception occurred while performing host configuration 
com.dell.ppdm.ghvdm.common.exception.ExtrernalComponentException: Failed to retrieve or create certificate bundle or certificate details are missing
  at com.dell.ppdm.ghvdm.common.utils.CertUtil.getCertificateAndKey(CertUtil.java:169)

 

Cause

Agent PowerProtect Data Manager File System (FS) je také nainstalovaný na serveru Hyper-V. 

Resolution

  1. Odinstalujte hostitele ze stránky Protection Engine .
  2. V zařízení PowerProtect Data Manager přejděte do části /etc/ssl/certificates a vyhledejte složku s názvem dotčených serverů.
  3. Odstraňte nebo přejmenujte složku dotčeného serveru.
  4. Opakujte instalaci ze stránky Protection Engine.
