Symptoms

Agentinstallationen mislykkes med følgende fejl:

ACGHV0003: Unable to complete the host configuration because of an issue with the INSTALL_AGENT operation.

Ikonet /var/log/brs/ghvdm/ghvdm.log Viser:

[c.d.p.g.s.HostConfigurationRestService.lambda$configure$1(113)] -  Exception occurred while performing host configuration 
com.dell.ppdm.ghvdm.common.exception.ExtrernalComponentException: Failed to retrieve or create certificate bundle or certificate details are missing
  at com.dell.ppdm.ghvdm.common.utils.CertUtil.getCertificateAndKey(CertUtil.java:169)

 

Cause

PowerProtect Data Manager File System (FS)-agenten er også installeret på Hyper-V Server. 

Resolution

  1. Afinstaller værten fra siden Protection Engine .
  2. På PowerProtect Data Manager-enheden skal du gå til /etc/ssl/certificates bibliotek, og find mappen med navnet på de berørte servere.
  3. Slet eller omdøb mappen på den berørte server.
  4. Prøv at installere igen fra siden Protection Engine.
