PowerProtect Data Manager: La instalación del agente Hyper-V falla con el error ACGHV0003

Symptoms

La instalación del agente falla con el siguiente error:

ACGHV0003: Unable to complete the host configuration because of an issue with the INSTALL_AGENT operation.

La variable /var/log/brs/ghvdm/ghvdm.log Espectáculos:

[c.d.p.g.s.HostConfigurationRestService.lambda$configure$1(113)] -  Exception occurred while performing host configuration 
com.dell.ppdm.ghvdm.common.exception.ExtrernalComponentException: Failed to retrieve or create certificate bundle or certificate details are missing
  at com.dell.ppdm.ghvdm.common.utils.CertUtil.getCertificateAndKey(CertUtil.java:169)

 

Cause

El agente del sistema de archivos (FS) de PowerProtect Data Manager también se instala en el servidor de Hyper-V. 

Resolution

  1. Desinstale el host desde la página Motor de protección .
  2. En el dispositivo PowerProtect Data Manager, vaya a la /etc/ssl/certificates y busque la carpeta con el nombre de los servidores afectados.
  3. Elimine o cambie el nombre de la carpeta del servidor afectado.
  4. Vuelva a intentar la instalación desde la página Motor de protección.
